About Mercoin’s Hybrid Workstyle

We view our workstyle as something that is constantly evolving to best fit our needs, just like our businesses and organizations. After much exploration, we have arrived at a new answer that draws out the maximum potential in both our members and the organization: a hybrid workstyle that combines the best of the casual encounters and enthusiasm that can only be felt in the office and the efficiency and flexibility offered by remote work.

1. Where we work

Our basic policy is for employees to work from the office at least two days a week, but we have systems and mechanisms in place to ensure productivity wherever we work. We use tools like Slack and Google Workspace to enable our employees to work efficiently both in person and remotely. Our office is designed to encourage communication and collaboration when in the office.

2. When we work

Mercoin offers a full flextime system, enabling employees to flexibly choose the hours that work best for them.
(However, there are exceptions for certain positions and types of work.)
